Hi!! My name is Abhinav Gupta, and I am the GROW coordinator at the University of Denver! I am excited to announce our chapter's first GROW trip this summer will be in Kampong Cham, Cambodia, working with a NGO called Buddhism for Social Development Action (BSDA).

This is our week's first meeting, and I am proud to say that our GROW team is amazing! Everyone is extremely passionate about global health equity, and they all inspire me!

We developed a what, how, why for our team:

• Why:
o Provide equity for community families
o Empower community families (because health is a human right)
• How:
o Developing sustainable/tangible sources of income production
o Reflection/Evaluation, Research
• What:
o Chicken coops, gardens
o Direct work with BSDA and community members
